A few of our past tours

A few slides and the route taken of the NC500. The title is the NC470, as we opted to avoid the A9 from John O'Groats and instead take a much quieter (and more scenic) central return route. The route is ridden over 5days in a clockwise direction. We had excellent weather for the tour, however we would recommend covering less distance per day by adding additional riding days; we covered around 125miles on one day! In all, an excellent route, however to avoid the majority of the traffic (this route is now very popular), bad weather and the midges, the best time to go is May/early June or September/early October .
